You have the following main functions:
Accommodation and catering services
If voted, safety representative
**Responsibilities**:
The chief cook delegates duties to you for accommodation and catering services. You shall comply with:
Our SMS; policies and procedures
Fire and pollution prevention precautions
The catering and hygiene manual
Safety and Security Management
You shall follow our safety culture and permit to work system in daily operations. You shall:
Follow electrical and galley safety
Use risk assessment controls before the work
Use the PPE matrix
Use Toolbox Talk and Take 5 in daily activities
Use closed loop communication
Keep accommodation, galley and stores clear of combustible rubbish
Be familiar with:
Emergency procedures
