Our Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP) empowers telecom operators and banks to offer services like peer-to-peer transfers, payments, disbursements, loans, and savings. The MFS Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading large, complex, multi-country professional services engagements and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
You will support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with technical insights and take responsibility for overall cost estimation (Contract Fulfilment Responsible role), as well as managing the delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore resources). This role is essential to successful delivery, strong customer engagement, and continuous service improvement.
