Develops and monitors the organization’s supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the plants’ logistic teams in the region and set functional goals for the different sites
- Promote a Zero Incident Culture in the logistic team, setting employee safety as the highest priority in all plants
- Ensure the correct deployment of logistic policies and standards of ICT
- Create and animate a logistic network through the different plants, looking for best practices to deploy through all sites
- Participate in the definition of the organization and staffing of the plants’ logistic departments
- Monitor and support the professional development of the logistic team
- Monitor logistic performance of the plants, and define, with them, adequate action plans to improve it
