MHE Training Assessor / Instructor – Solihull
Pay Details: £ per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Hours of work:
 Rotating shifts:
AM – br>PM – br>Nights – (Mon-Thu only)

Days of work:
Mon-Fri (Mon-Thu for night shift)

Duration:
Ongoing agency work

We are recruiting experienced, qualified MHE Assessors/Instructors for our automotive manufacturing logistics client in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture across site operations, ensuring it remains the top priority

Deliver and support site inductions covering MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and manual handling for all permanent and agency staff

Assist with Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Deliver high-quality technical training to support operational teams using a variety of methods
