الوصف الوظيفي

JOB PURPOSE:

Support the execution and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (QHSS) strategies, inspections, and compliance frameworks across the Rail Agency. Ensure adherence to organizational excellence standards and regulatory requirements through data-driven audits, process implementation, and performance monitoring in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy
•Assist in implementing the sector’s management systems in alignment with ISO and RTA standards, supporting semi-annual administrative reviews and process updates.
•Support the development and dissemination of excellence frameworks and sustainability strategies to relevant departments.

Operations
•Conduct field-level audits and inspections in accordance with approved QHSS plans and upload reports in the electronic systems.
