+ The MI Business Analyst will serve as the key contact for all Management Information-related matters, including reporting tool product support, setup, maintenance, issue resolution, and strategic consultation.
+ This role involves providing extensive consultation to both internal and external end users regarding MI reporting tools, product usage, and functionality while making effective recommendations on which reports best align with client requirements.
+ The analyst will analyze reports to identify trends and their impact on clients, establishing globalization of reporting and processes to field questions and drive continuous improvement.
