Job Details



Logistics:

• Tradelink declaration for inbound and outbound shipments

• Document filing, reports preparation and data entry in ERP system

• Provide administrative and clerical support for the team

• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Aftersales Services:

• Assist in after sale service including inspection of defective items, system maintenance, update report and coordinate with repair center

• Reply regular questions from stores regarding to customer repair and store inventory repair (repair charge/ lead time/ repair status etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be familiar with Tradelink declaration

• Related experience in logistics is preferred

• Familiar with MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
