Responsibilities

• Performs micro analytical test of finished products and ingredients; at a minimum APC, yeast & mold, and pH testing
• Collects and tests environmental swabs and equipment
• Micro swabs
• Exercise GMP, maintain hygiene, organization and 5S in Micro laboratory
• Monitors and calibrates lab instruments and plant measuring devices
