Microbiological Lab Supervisor

Job Location: Hershey, PA (Onsite) Summary: The primary purpose of the Microbiological Lab Supervisor is to provide oversight and leadership for Micro lab services team at Technical Center site. The role ensures the timely and accurate flow of micro testing results to internal customers, supporting manufacturing quality systems, R&D, and CI. Accountabilities: * Leadership of micro lab day-to-day activities, priority setting, coaching and development of technician to drive proficiency. * Ensure proficiency, reliability, accuracy and speed of micro lab analysis by maintaining efficient lab operations and quality management system. * Oversee internal/external lab standards, proficiency programs, and ISO-17025 audits.
