Job Description
Lead microbiology operations at Cosmetica Laboratories as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Drive compliance with GMP standards and optimize lab processes while ensuring product quality and safety.
As a full-time supervisor in microbiology, you will manage laboratory operations to uphold Containment Level II standards and oversee microbial testing of various products. Your leadership will enhance environmental monitoring, sanitation programs, and investigation of out-of-specification results while maintaining rigorous quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage microbiology lab to meet compliance standards
• Oversee microbial testing and documentation control
• Lead environmental monitoring and sanitation programs
• Investigate OOS and OOT results with CAPA implementation
• Train and develop lab staff for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field
• Hands-on microbiology experience in QC/QA environments
