Workstyle: Hybrid schedule - employees work onsite a minimum of four days per week, with one remote day. Five days onsite may be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do:
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, administration, support, and ongoing modernization of ADT’s Microsoft Exchange messaging environment, including Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange configurations. This role ensures high availability, security, and compliance of enterprise email services while supporting cloud migration initiatives, automation, and operational excellence.
Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, including mailbox provisioning, lifecycle management, and mail flow configuration.
