Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of M365 projects, deployments, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance, including DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and Entra ID.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive service improvements.
- Automate operational processes using PowerShell and related tools.
- Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new M365 capabilities, including Copilot and AI-driven productivity features.
