The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in Exchange Online Migration and a strong understanding of migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan, and ShareGate. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting. This role involves planning, executing, and managing migrations to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
