About the Role
The Microsoft Core Infrastructure Operations Specialist is responsible for the operational management, governance and reliability of the organization's Microsoft 365 platform and selected enterprise Saa S applications. The role ensures that collaboration, productivity, and integration services operate securely and efficiently through structured processes, lifecycle management, and adherence to security and compliance standards. The position serves as a central operational point of expertise for Microsoft 365 services as well as a defined set of smaller Saa S platforms, ensuring consistent governance, service hygiene, and user support across the application landscape.
