Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing high‑quality solutions in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
Translate product backlog items and user stories into robust technical implementations
Implement and optimize Copilot (AI-powered) features within Dynamics 365
Develop custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations
Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages/Power Portal)
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, refinements)
