Job Description

$30-$35/hour - 4 month contract with extensions, 2 days/week onsite, hybrid in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver both in-class (once move in is done) and virtual training sessions (prior to move in)
  • Facilitate training for meeting room technology for end users and executive assistants
  • Collaborate with other trainers and project leads
  • Assist with video production and training content recording, user guides, demos
  • Track attendance, follow up on surveys, and maintain training records

Requirements

  • 4+ years of training experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Solid communication: honest, open, team-oriented, focused on continuous improvement
