Job Description
$30-$35/hour - 4 month contract with extensions, 2 days/week onsite, hybrid in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver both in-class (once move in is done) and virtual training sessions (prior to move in)
- Facilitate training for meeting room technology for end users and executive assistants
- Collaborate with other trainers and project leads
- Assist with video production and training content recording, user guides, demos
- Track attendance, follow up on surveys, and maintain training records
Requirements
- 4+ years of training experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Solid communication: honest, open, team-oriented, focused on continuous improvement
