Position Overview
We are seeking an interior designer who can operate beyond aesthetics, someone who understands space, structure and execution. This role requires a designer who can collaborate closely with leadership, interpret direction and contribute original ideas while ensuring designs are practical, buildable and aligned with high-end residential standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design Development – Translate high‑level concepts into detailed design proposals; develop layouts with strong spatial planning, not just furniture placement; prepare mood boards, material palettes and FF&E selections aligned with luxury positioning.
- Architectural Coordination – Work alongside engineers and site teams to ensure feasibility of design ideas; understand and contribute to structural modifications, space reconfiguration, GFA/BUA considerations; review drawings to ensure alignment between design intent and execution.
