As a Mid-Level Application Support Engineer, you are the Right Hand on the support desk and a key contributor to our engineering pipeline. You will handle complex technical escalations, analyze application logs, and collaborate directly with our Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to solve systemic issues. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will actively participate in cross-functional engineering projects—including cloud-native migrations, containerization, and automation initiatives—helping us move towards a modern, highly reliable platform.
