Responsabilidades Principais
- Handle leads generated from channels, partnerships, events, and joint initiatives.
- Conduct structured initial outreach.
- Qualify and nurture opportunities to move them forward in the sales funnel.
- Perform recurring and well-documented follow-ups.
- Support the daily execution of the Channels & SDR area.
- Address recurring operational demands from partners.
- Assist with channel activation initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns).
- Act as the operational point of contact between partners and internal teams.
- Maintain the CRM updated with complete and accurate data.
- Properly link leads to partner accounts.
- Track opportunities through to closing or disqualification.
- Support the organization of reports and performance indicators.
- Ensure a consistent service standard.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks in the process.
