Responsabilidades Principais

  • Handle leads generated from channels, partnerships, events, and joint initiatives.
  • Conduct structured initial outreach.
  • Qualify and nurture opportunities to move them forward in the sales funnel.
  • Perform recurring and well-documented follow-ups.
  • Support the daily execution of the Channels & SDR area.
  • Address recurring operational demands from partners.
  • Assist with channel activation initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns).
  • Act as the operational point of contact between partners and internal teams.
  • Maintain the CRM updated with complete and accurate data.
  • Properly link leads to partner accounts.
  • Track opportunities through to closing or disqualification.
  • Support the organization of reports and performance indicators.
  • Ensure a consistent service standard.
  • Identify bottlenecks and risks in the process.
