New market connectivity, latency reduction, core infra that doesn't blink under load — this is the hire that stops the roadmap from stalling and the current team from burning out.
What you'll be doing (first 6–12 months)
- Designing and building new market links and connectivity tools from scratch
- Improving and maintaining high-load, low-latency C++ systems already in production
- Hunting latency wherever it's hiding and killing it
- Keeping systems reliable and operationally solid as the platform scales
- Working tightly with engineering, data, and trading teams — not in a silo
