JOB DESCRIPTION

Middle Office (MO) is responsible for assisting the corporate, investment bankers, Market Sales and their product partners with onboarding and ongoing client maintenance activities. The main objective of the team is to focus on and improve the client experience which includes the whole KYC process, regulatory & controls, and client management, being the focal point of contact for internal and external clients.

Position Objective
  • Primary point of contact for bankers of the General Corporate Bank (GCB), Market Sales and the Investment Bank (IB) as well as product partners such as Payment Sales Managers regarding all matters related to the KYC program, for Peruvian and Chilean markets.
  • Coordination and end-to-end management of new client onboardings in partnership with the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) support team
  • Oversight of periodic KYC renewals
  • Client outreach to collect documents, when required.
