- 2+ years of experience in UX design
- Proficiency in usability principles and information architecture
- Strong background in user-centered design and behavioral patterns
- Competency in effectively communicating ideas and presenting to stakeholders
- Knowledge of research methodologies and skilled in compiling findings
- Collaborative spirit and experience with co-design activities
