Middleware/Application Production Support

8 years of experience in Middleware/Application Production Support on Linux and Windows environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, IIS, IBM Liberty, JBoss, WAS, WLS, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

Experience in incident, change, and problem management with strong understanding of ITIL practices.

Hands-on scripting experience using Bash, Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages.

Ability to analyze logs, JVM performance, thread dumps, and identify root causes independently.

Hands on experience with AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, and other observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
