Key Responsibilities . Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution across multiple shifts . Ensure operational continuity during day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays . Monitor operational performance to meet OTIF, SLA, productivity, and cost targets . Investigate operational issues using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions . Apply engineering and process improvement principles to optimize workflows, layout, and resource utilization . Support equipment and material handling systems (e.g. conveyors, MHE) in coordination with engineering or maintenance teams . Coordinate manpower planning, shift scheduling, and on-site operations staff . Supervise operations personnel to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards . Work closely with 3PL partners, transporters, and vendors to maintain service performance . Utilize WMS / TMS / ERP systems to ...
