- Set up & run DMG Mori (Siemens) and Roku-Roku/Robodrill (Fanuc) mills
- Edit programs at the machine using G & M code
- Machine very small, high-precision parts
- Inspect using microscopes and precision tools
- Hold tight tolerances ( 0.0001-0.0002)
- Read blueprints and apply GD&T
- Troubleshoot and improve machining processes
- CNC mill setup experience (production or job shop)
- Fanuc and/or Siemens control experience
- Strong blueprint reading + GD&T
- Comfortable with micromachining and tight tolerances
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- DMG Mori or Roku-Roku experience
- Microscopy/advanced inspection experience
- Paid advanced training after 2 months
- Clean, modern, high-end shop (no heavy PPE)
- On-site gym, tech-focused environment
