Description

The Mill Reliability Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all mill assets. This position combines advanced millwrighting skills with reliability‑focused maintenance practices to improve equipment uptime, reduce unplanned failures, and support long‑term asset performance.

The technician will perform inspections, troubleshooting, precision maintenance, condition monitoring, and root cause analysis, while supporting the development and execution of reliability programs across the mill.
