Work setting: Machinery installation, Maintenance, Relocation costs not covered by employer, Repair, Testing.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical equipment
- Assemble stationary industrial machinery
- Coach and instruct apprentices
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts
- Supervise other workers
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
