Responsibilities include ensuring project deliverables meet quality and performance targets while continuously improving processes.
The ideal candidate possesses a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering and has at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
