The Position
As a Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations, supervison of 5-15 Mine Site Cleaners, reporting to upper level management and cleaning of communal buildings and facilities on the mine site.
Cleaning of communal buildings and facilities on site including but not limited to offices, training rooms, crib huts, wash rooms, locker rooms and bath housesWaste removal, power washing pathways and light grounds workAbility to work in a physically demanding and active role, working 11 hour days on your feetTraining of new employeesConduct effective prestart meetingsManage performance issuesDemonstrate and reinforce safe behaviours, effectively investigating and reporting all hazards/incidents and injuriesPrepare and submit performance reports and field leadership as and when required The Person:
