Job Description

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the role will require you to oversee and manage mining crews, conduct Statutory Inspections, monitor and record performance data.

Skills and Experience


Essential Criteria:

  • Current NSW Practicing Certificate.

  • Sound understanding of heavy truck or excavator operations and drill and blast activities. 

  • Proven leadership experience in open cut mining operations.

  • Sound knowledge of NSW WH&S Legislation.

  • An exceptional commitment to safety. 

  • Flexibility with work hours and ability to work rosters including rotational and night shifts. 

  • Proficient computer literacy and experience in data management tools.
