Employee (m/f/d) for Technical Sales Support
Your tasks
- Sales support for projects and solutions requiring technical understanding
- Occasional on-site customer consulting together with the responsible sales staff
- Interacting with our international sales and service organizations in the preparation of quotations and technical clarifications
- Technical support via telephone and video communication
- Order clarification and cooperation with the internal order processing department
- Preparation of reports and statistics, as well as target group related documents
- Participation in training and education of sales staff and partners
Your profile
- Technical qualification with basic commercial knowledge, preferably technician or engineer in the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d)
