MLT Aikins Systems Administrator Role

Become a key technical support player at MLT Aikins as a Systems Administrator. This position involves managing infrastructure services and providing support across multiple locations for over 800 users.
As part of the IT Infrastructure team, you’ll deliver high-quality technical support through various communication channels. Your role includes managing user accounts, Active Directory tasks, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues to strengthen the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for desktop and laptop hardware
• Administer user lifecycle and Active Directory functions
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues
• Manage Microsoft Azure services and Intune devices
• Maintain documentation for procedures and support activities
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of IT experience with Active Directory
