Responsibilities
- Perform IC simulations in Cadence, ADS, and HFSS design environment.
- Create design schematic, simulation, and mm-wave & analog layout methodologies.
- Have solid foundations in advanced mm-wave circuit techniques and architectures including LNA, Mixer, Phase Shifter, PA, Driver, VGA, especially for 5G communication design.
- Have proven track record of exceptional performance in the field of mm-wave circuits engineering.
- Work professionally and cooperatively with design teams.
- Engage in IC testing evaluation and work with customers on performance requirements.
- Additional expertise in large-scaled phased array transceiver architecture or beamforming technique is a plus.
