Mobile General Maintenance Operative

Overview

EQUANS are looking for a Mobile General Maintenance Operative working on our HMCTS contract at Bromley Magistrates Court. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.

General overview

Equans provides technical and soft services to our client HMCTS across a large portfolio of buildings in the UK. We provide low voltage electrical maintenance and installation services, and due to business growth, we are recruiting for additional roles to support our customer.

Qualifications

Desirable to have an NVQ (or similar) in one of the following: Plumbing, Carpentry, Decorating services.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing or flooring in a construction, repair or maintenance environment. Good knowledge of Fire Door maintenance and inspection techniques. Understanding of Legionella control techniques (...
