As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. **What's the Job?**
+ Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
+ Perform maintenance on kitchen equipment such as meat grinders, cubers, meat saws, and slicers
+ Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts
+ Conduct minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs
+ Troubleshoot and repair motors and pumps, and complete Fuel Center UST inspections and dispenser maintenance
