Mobile Optimization Technical Director - (Smartcare)

On behalf of a world-leading ICT Solutions Provider, we are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Mobile Optimization Technical Director - (Smartcare) to join our Service & Software Group in Chile. This role is essential for driving the performance, user experience, and data-driven optimization of mobile networks using advanced SmartCare analytics platforms for major telecommunications carriers in the region.

Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Insight Design:

• Lead the end-to-end optimization strategy for mobile networks (4G/5G), leveraging the SmartCare platform to transform raw network data into actionable insights for improved Customer Experience Management (CEM).
• Develop and validate complex data models and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) that map technical network performance (KPIs) to the actual end-user experience.
