Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Mobile Plant & Equipment Coordinator to support maintenance scheduling, service planning, compliance recordkeeping, parts tracking, and documentation for our mobile plants (cranes, trucks, trailers, and ute’s).

Working in our Heavy Lift Business Unit, this role is the central link between our maintenance supervisors, technicians, depot teams, vendors, and operations. It ensures our fleet remains safe, compliant, and productive.

Key Responsibilities
Service & Inspection Coordination
Schedule and coordinate servicing, statutory inspections and planned maintenance for cranes, mobile plant, trucks, trailers, and light vehicles.
Ensure all services/inspections are completed on time and fully documented.
Process and file service sheets, inspection reports, and certification documents.
Update maintenance status boards in Teams (service due dates, inspections, remarks, parts st...
