Job Description
  • Trouble shoot and repair motherboards/mobile issues, including glass replacement for LCD for all major brands for Oppo mobile phones
  • Operate test equipment and/or grading software system
  • Perform cosmetic inspections
  • Provide technical and process support to customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of mobile phone servicing experience is preferred
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Able to work as a team and fast-paced environment
