- Trouble shoot and repair motherboards/mobile issues, including glass replacement for LCD for all major brands for Oppo mobile phones
- Operate test equipment and/or grading software system
- Perform cosmetic inspections
- Provide technical and process support to customers
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Minimum 1 year of mobile phone servicing experience is preferred
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
- Able to work as a team and fast-paced environment
