Mobile Care Technical Customer Advocate (Nokia)Location: Mexico City, Mexico.Office: Onsite, Tlalpan, CDMX.Technical SkillsCore Network Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile telecom technologies: LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF & VNF), and IP Connectivity.Protocols: Solid grasp of TCP/IP, Routing/Switching, Network Security, Network Management, DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, Diameter, Policy Control and Charging.Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting in IP, Unix/Linux environments.Skilled with network analyzers and diagnostic tools.Nokia Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Nokia's internal tools and procedures is a plus.Communication & CollaborationEnglish Proficiency: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with Altice and cross‐functional teams.Technical Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in documentation, meetings, and presentations.Customer‐Facing Experience: Prior experience in client‐facing roles, includi...
