Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional nursing care to patients in home and clinic environments with a strong sense of compassion and empathy
- Prepare medical equipment and support physicians during consultations and procedures, including:
- Urinary catheterisation
- Nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and feeding
- Wound care and dressing
- Suctioning and oxygen therapy
- Phlebotomy and IV cannulation
- Medication administration
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and accurate documentation
- Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans and treatment progress
- Attend to patients’ holistic needs with a patient-first approach
- Establish strong working relationships with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
