The Mobility and Supply Strategy team works with stakeholders across all business functions in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead special projects. The team is responsible to generate business insights and propose data-driven strategic initiatives to grow the business across both Transport and Deliveries.

We're looking for a warm, curious and hands‑on teammate to help shape and scale Grab's mobility products and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Mobility and Supply Strategy Manager, this analyst role blends strategy, analysis and execution — you'll frame problems, build pragmatic strategies, own projects end‑to‑end, and work closely with Marketing, Marketplace, Product and Ops team to launch pilots, learn fast and scale solutions that will benefit our driver‑partner and ensuring top notch passenger experience.
