**Responsibilities**:
- Perform complex repairs, maintenance, and modifications on plastic injection molds to ensure efficient operating conditions.
- Analyze material specifications in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Operate Tool Room equipment with outstanding competence and safety, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, EDM, and more.
- Diagnose and solve problems related to mold cycles, functions within the machine, tools, and accessories.
- Supervise team members on specific mold shop tasks, ensuring compliance with internal quality and EHS requirements.
