Responsibilities
- Run the Injection, blow & PET m/c with optimised process.
- PPM Control, maintain 5’S in shop floor.
- Minimize m/c downtime & run the m/c as per defined cycle time.
- Ensure the EHS Compliance and closure of NCs on time.
- Responsible to get optimum utilization of available resources.
- New mould trial & validation.
- Productivity improvement projects.
- Active participating in KAIZEN/ Cost saving projects.
- Should participate in Root Cause Analysis in any moulding defect/ customer complain.
- Responsible for maintaining the reduced mould change over time in Moulding and work on continual improvements to reduce further.
