Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases
- Manage and administer MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB API preferred)
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries and indexes
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Handle replication, sharding, and scaling of MongoDB clusters
- Ensure database security, access control, and compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolution
- Perform capacity planning and system health checks
