Monitoring Tools Administrator

Role Summary

We are recruiting a Monitoring Tools Administrator to operate enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.

The role spans agent rollout, alert engineering, dashboard design, and integrations with the ITSM tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, Dynatrace, or similar).
• Roll out and maintain agents, SNMP/WMI targets, and synthetic checks.
• Engineer alerts: thresholds, correlation, suppression, and noise reduction.
• Build dashboards for ops, service delivery, and management audiences.
• Integrate with ITSM tools for ticket auto-creation and lifecycle.
• Support APM, log management, and infrastructure monitoring as a unified view.
• Document operational runbooks and tuning history.
