Mortgage Closer (Broker / Non-Delegated Lending)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the closing process for residential mortgage loans on the broker or non-delegated lending side. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, and a solid understanding of mortgage closing requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files to ensure all underwriting conditions have been satisfied prior to closing.
• Coordinate with loan officers, processors, title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, and lenders to facilitate timely closings.
• Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Balance fees and closing figures with title and settlement agents.
