Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end motion and video production from concept, scripting and storyboarding to animation, editing, sound, and final delivery
Create social-first video and motion assets for platforms like LinkedIn including short-form explainers, vertical videos, and animations optimized per channel
Develop thought leadership video content by transforming expert and executive insights into narrative-driven videos and visual frameworks
Produce performance and advertising video assets using stock, in-house footage, UI captures, and AI-generated visuals with multiple variants for testing
Repurpose long-form content such as webinars, interviews, events, and case studies into short-form clips and summaries
Define and evolve motion brand systems including transitions, animation principles, pacing, and templates
