Job Description

The Service Center Expert (Senior Mechanic) acts as the operational bridge between the Supply Chain team and the QMS department. This role handles ad hoc deliverables ranging from tactical repair interventions to logistical coordination. While primarily overseeing processes, the Senior Mechanic remains hands-on in fixing electric motorcycles when needed and plays a pivotal role in upskilling future mechanics across the Luzon.

  • Coordinate service center-related tasks routed through the warehouse, ensuring timely execution of ad hoc projects
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs of electric motorcycles (NRD brand and compatible RideBox systems) when necessary
  • Maintain clear documentation of repair activities and parts usage for internal reporting
  • Support inventory coordination and component readiness from the warehouse to service operations
