Job Overview
We are seeking a MRO Customer Service Manager to be the primary on‑site point of contact for customers before, during, and after an engine service event. This full‑time, on‑site role will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate event plans, and lead a service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial and event strategy for all shop visits, collaborating with operations to ensure on‑track orders.
- Determine optimal actions based on inspection results, meeting customer demands.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers, enhancing the Repair Station’s reputation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
- Communicate customer requirements to facility representatives in preparation for engine or module induction.
