MS Dynamics CRM Lead

Position Description:

For one of our key clients, we are delivering a modern IT project in the area of digital transformation, based on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. We are looking for an MS Dynamics CRM Lead who not only has strong technical expertise but is also able to translate business needs into effective and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
• Customizing and developing CRM functionality, mainly in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, and portals
• Collaborating with development and business teams on integrations with legacy, on-premises, and cloud systems
• Supporting requirements analysis, architecture design, and technology decision-making
• Creating and overseeing technical and functional documentation
